3rd Visitng artist Amy Stein (posted late)

Amy stein I would haveo say was one of the most interesting artists I have ever seen come to vcu. She did really well in the department of stepping outside of the box and doing somthing different then everybody else. The taxedermy animals she used were put together really well you can't tell if they are dead or alive at all. That is really amazing that national geographic was thinking about having her shoot for them. Her photos were lit well how she set up everything was great nothing looked out of place at all. I like that her pictures are interpratations of real stories shes heard from local people. I like that her pictures are very crisp and in focus. Out of all her photo series domesticated series is my all time favorite and i think her best.

Again being slow

I again went to all the shows and forgot to post about them had everything written in notebook but not online. I always seem lack at keeping up with interenet stuff. Im posting about art shows i submiteed to and art statement and resume.
